Bakersfield Kaiser Basic Qualifications:
Experience
• Minimum of 1 (One) year of experience working as a phlebotomist in either a nonacute or acute setting
• The candidate must have either a GED (General Equivalency Degree) or H.S. Diploma
• Valid, current phlebotomy certification for the State of California
Some Additional Requirements:
• The Successful job candidate will be able to demonstrate the ability to competently perform laboratory responsibilities/duties of the healthcare position at a high level of performance.
Preferred Qualifications:
• It is preferred if the job candidate has completed some life science college classes.
The primary job location:Stockdale medical offices in Bakersfield, California.
Shift: Kaiser Bakersfield has multiple shifts
Working Days: 5 eight hour shifts a week
Working Hours Begin: Typically 6:45 AM
Working Hours End: Ends at 12:00am
